STUDI PERAN APLIKASI SELULER DAN SUMBER DAYA ONLINE DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN KONTRASEPSI

Abstract

Era digital kontemporer, lanskap keluarga berencana dan kontrasepsi telah mengalami perubahan signifikan akibat menjamurnya aplikasi seluler dan sumber daya online. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana individu memanfaatkan aplikasi seluler dan sumber daya online untuk menginformasikan pilihan mereka mengenai metode kontrasepsi. Desain penelitian kualitatif retrospektif, responden 271 akseptor KB di tahun 2023 di desa Paiton, Kabupaten Probolinggo sebagai partisipan dari berbagai latar belakang demografi. Studi ini mengeksplorasi pola penggunaan, dan persepsi keandalan aplikasi seluler dan sumber daya online terkait kontrasepsi pengaruhnya terhadap pengambilan keputusan akseptor KB dalam memilih metode KB. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisa dengan menggunakan rank spearmen dan regresi sederhana dengan CI 95%. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa nilai P 0.000 < P value 0.05 yang artinya ada peran sumber daya online terhadap proses pengambilan keputusan metode KB yang digunakan individu. Pemerintah harus mendorong akses internet dan pengembangan pita lebar, dan berupaya menjaga agar akses tersebut terjangkau.
