TRANSFORMASI ENSHA MEDIKA KLINIK BSD SEBAGAI ONE STOP URBAN HEALTHCARE SERVICE

Transformasi pelayanan kesehatan modern menunjukkan terjadinya konvergensi antara aesthetic medicine, wellness, preventive healthcare, dan pelayanan medis primer dalam satu ekosistem pelayanan kesehatan urban. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis transformasi pelayanan ENSHA MEDIKA KLINIK BSD sepanjang tahun 2025 sebagai bentuk perkembangan model one stop urban healthcare service. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain retrospective longitudinal study berbasis data pelayanan Januari–Desember 2025. Analisis dilakukan terhadap distribusi layanan, tren kunjungan, segmentasi usia pasien, serta perubahan pola pelayanan estetika, wellness, vaksinasi, dan konsultasi medis umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kunjungan yang signifikan dari 5 kunjungan pada Januari menjadi 248 kunjungan pada Desember 2025. Sebanyak 61,8% layanan didominasi tindakan estetika dan dermatologi, sedangkan 38,2% merupakan pelayanan medis umum dan preventive care. Pada semester kedua terjadi diversifikasi pelayanan berupa peningkatan tindakan laser, anti-aging, vaksinasi perjalanan, dan layanan wellness. Klinik juga memperlihatkan tingginya loyalitas pasien melalui dominasi kunjungan ulang serta berkembangnya pelayanan berbasis pengalaman pasien. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa ENSHA MEDIKA KLINIK BSD telah mengalami transformasi dari klinik estetika konvensional menuju hybrid lifestyle clinic yang mengintegrasikan estetika, preventive medicine, wellness, dan pelayanan kesehatan primer dalam satu sistem pelayanan kesehatan urban modern.
