IMPLEMENTASI NASI-PUTI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PERAWAT DALAM DETEKSI DINI KEGAWATDARURATAN NEUROLOGI DI RSI SAKINAH MOJOKERTO

Kegawatdaruratan neurologi memerlukan deteksi dini yang cepat dan tepat untuk mencegah komplikasi dan meningkatkan keselamatan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi Neurological Assessment Skills Improvement – Profiling Unified Training for Integrity (NASI-PUTI) terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan perawat dalam deteksi dini kegawatdaruratan neurologi di RSI Sakinah Mojokerto. Penelitian menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest pada 31 perawat, menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum intervensi sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan kategori cukup (51,6%), sedangkan setelah intervensi mayoritas berada pada kategori baik (67,7%). Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai Z = -4,899 dengan p-value = 0,000 (p < 0,05), sehingga NASI-PUTI terbukti efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat dalam deteksi dini kegawatdaruratan neurologi.
