FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MORAL BEHAVIOR PADA REMAJA : TINJAUAN SISTEMATIK

Moral Behavior pada remaja merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan psikososial yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi moral behavior pada remaja berdasarkan temuan empiris dari jurnal-jurnal yang relevan. Metode yang digunakan adalah telaah sistematis terhadap sejumlah artikel penelitian yang membahas perilaku moral remaja dari perspektif psikologis, sosial, keluarga, budaya, dan struktural. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa moral behavior remaja dibentuk melalui interaksi antara faktor internal seperti kepribadian, identitas moral, empati, kontrol diri, emosi moral, serta faktor eksternal meliputi lingkungan keluarga, teman sebaya, sekolah, religiusitas, budaya, status sosial ekonomi, dan paparan teknologi digital. Tidak ada satu faktor tunggal yang dominan, melainkan kombinasi multidimensional yang bekerja secara simultan dalam membentuk perilaku moral remaja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan komprehensif dan kontekstual dalam upaya pengembangan moral behavior pada remaja.
