HUBUNGAN HS-CRP DENGAN PROFIL LIPID PADA PASIEN OBESITAS

Dislipidemia dapat menyebabkan aterosklerosis sehingga risiko penyakit jantung koroner, penyakit kardiovaskular dan stroke meningkat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melakukan penelitian dengan judul hubungan hs-CRP dengan profil lipid pada pasien obesitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian korelasional. Pengambilan sampel dan proses pemeriksaan dilakukan di Laboratorium Diagnos Denpasar pada bulan April – Juni 2023. 30 Pasien yang dijadikan sampel memiliki IMT tergolong obesitas. Hasilnya ada hubungan bermakna antara peningkatan kadar hs-CRP dengan kadar kolesterol total (p value 0,000) dan LDL (p value 0,007). Faktor–faktor seperti genetic, pola hidup dan konsumsi obat golongan statin tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini yang mungkin dapat mempengaruhi hasil profil lipid pasien.
