Visitor services and information on integration programs in correctional institutions involve requirements and procedures that service users need to understand. Based on initial observations at Class IIB Tulungagung Correctional Institution, some service users were still found to have limited understanding of visitor service requirements. This activity aimed to develop and implement SIPANDU (Information Guidance System) as a visual educational medium to support quality of service in visitor services and integration programs. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed from June to August 2026 through observation, informal interviews, and documentation. Media development included needs identification, material verification, script and storyboard development, video production, implementation, and monitoring. SIPANDU produced two educational videos on visitor services and integration programs that support more structured and reusable information delivery. SIPANDU has the potential to support correctional service communication, although an improvement in quality of service cannot yet be quantitatively demonstrated.
